WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Standard shipping takes about 3-4 business days and costs around $6.90 USD Economy shipping takes about 5-8 days and costs around $4.90 USD.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you are completely satisfied with your MAI MAI purchase. If you need to return or receive store credit, you are welcome to return your order back to us within 14 days of receiving. Items received back outside of this time period may not be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused & with all tags attached. We will not accept returned items that have makeup stains, sweat stains or food stains. Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and 5-10 days for the bank to post the refund to your account. 

HOW DO YOU RETURN ITEMS?

Email maimailosangeles@gmail.com for a return request and we will send you the address to ship back to. You can use your preferred shipping carrier at your own expense. Once we receive your unworn return, we process your refund or store credit.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, return the original item and place a new order.
